Individual Reservations
When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Amount Requested
The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 7 days of booking.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received 7 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.
Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.
2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:
Until Friday 26th March 2027: Cancellation without fees
From Saturday 27th March 2027 to Monday 26th April 2027: 30% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.
From Thursday 27th April 2027 to Wednesday 12 May 2027: 50% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.
From Tuesday 13 May 2027: 100% of the amount paid is retained as a penalty.
Rooms remaining unoccupied within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be recovered by the hotel and no refund will be offered.
Name changes can be made at any time, without restriction.
3. Accommodation Invoicing Process
• bnetwork collects deposits for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out.

- An initial deposit of 50 per cent of the total amount due for your room block will be required immediately to confirm your booking.
- A second deposit will be required by Monday 26 April 2027, bringing the total to 100 per cent of the amount due for your room block. Any additional nights or rooms added from this date onwards must be paid for in full immediately to be confirmed.
Some hotels may require a minimum stay; where applicable, this information will be indicated on the hotel’s page.
Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full deposit required, by the specified dates. Should your payment not be received within 7 days of the due date, any outstanding nights’ accommodation or rooms will be automatically cancelled.
